Your role in our workshop:

You will be part of one of 4 teams conducting a remote PI Planning. Together with your teammates, you will plan user stories into team iterations, identify dependencies, and define risks and PI Objectives. An experienced moderator supports each team and explains the tools used.

Why Remote?

The agile way of working gives teams and individuals a lot of freedom to work independently, remotely, and across the globe. But there are some cases, some events, where everyone should come together to coordinate, such as PI Planning. PI planning is essential to SAFe: If you are not doing it, you are not doing SAFe.

But the coordination of many people from around the world in one physical location, is not the new normal. Distance, travel constraints, or convenience are strong arguments to enable and encourage remote events. We will show you how they can work.
